Digital panel unit, as in our web interface, displays all customer categories and clearly indicates which customer category is currently being worked on, the number of customers waiting in each queue category, and the latest queue number fed at this workstation.

The user can independently choose which customer category or priority to work with, but the unit can also be configured to only function with certain predetermined options.

NQ-Panel Keyboard

The difference compared to a regular panel is that with a keyboard, specific numbers can be called by simply entering the three-digit queue number, or for that matter, specifying a three-digit case code for statistical analysis.
