Customers can choose to take a traditional physical ticket number or scan a QR code to receive a digital ticket on their phones. With the digital queue ticket, your customers can easily keep track of their position in line, plan their time, and browse other items while waiting. If desired, customers can also provide, for example, a package number or a reference number when taking a number ticket, allowing the staff to prepare the transaction.
