Nemo-Q has developed a specific service for restaurants where the status of orders, identified by order numbers, can be displayed on a TV screen. There is the possibility to integrate this service with the restaurant''s ordering and payment system. Through a web interface, staff can manage all order numbers and the current status of orders.
Customers see their order number on the TV screen, such as under the heading "Being Prepared," when placing their order. When the order is ready for pickup, the order number moves to a different section for completed orders. The service makes it easy for customers to keep track of their place in the queue and know exactly when the order is ready.
NQ-eats is also a useful tool for restaurant staff, as the service simplifies order tracking and minimizes the risk of order confusion.
