Queue system for primary care

A queue system at the primary care center gives patients a calm wait and gives staff a full overview of the waiting room. Patients take a queue ticket at the kiosk and can sit down instead of standing in line at the reception. Staff can see how many patients are waiting and how long each of them has waited.

The right patient to the right clinic

With service categories you can sort patients by the purpose of their visit, for example doctor appointments, blood tests, vaccinations or nurse visits. Categories can be switched on when needed, such as a separate vaccination button during flu season. The waiting room screen and counter displays by each room show which number is next and where the patient should go.

Staff call patients when they are ready

Staff call the next patient from the operator panel on their computer or with a call panel at the workstation. Patients can be transferred between clinics without taking a new ticket, and urgent cases can be given priority.

Accessible for all patients

The queue system can announce ticket numbers and rooms with speech synthesis, and the kiosk can show several languages. This makes it easier for patients with visual impairments or patients who do not speak the local language.

Statistics for better planning

Ventus statistics shows how many patients arrive, when during the day it is busiest and how long patients wait. This gives you a solid basis for planning staffing and opening hours.
